Google Earth - Google Earth Flight Simulator
Run the latest version of Google Earth (v4.2). Simply press Ctrl+Alt+A (or Command+Option+A in OS X).

Despite this being an awesome, little known feature, the instructions are in the users manual and therefore not an egg! Not to mention the person who put this 'egg' here put the link to google's instructions.
