The three laws that Dr. Lanning supposedly wrote are the same three laws Andrew (Robin Williams) says in Bicentennial Man when he's introducing himself to the family.

Not really and egg. Both movies are based of Isaac Asimov books and the 3 laws carry over through the books.

This is not an egg. The 3 laws of robotics were written by SciFi writer Isaac Asimov, who wrote the collection of short stories "I, Robot" which the film is based on, and "Bicentennial Man", the short story which the Robin Williams film is based on.

The three laws written by Isaac Asimov, are also mentioned by data ,i believe in the episode "datalore".the 3 laws are a staple of robot influenced sci-fi as Asimov has written several sci-fi novels regarding automata. so i really wouldn't consider them as an Easter egg since they're quite well known by sci-fi buffs

Those laws are from the original book. You sir or madam found an egg for Bicentennial Man. That's really cool
