CSI: New York Easter Egg - Victim Calls Director?

In the episode "Corporate Warriors", it's revealed that two of the murder victims worked for the same company and one called the other shortly before the first murder. A close-up of said victim's phone shows the call log, which has two calls to the victim and another to a Michael Vejar. According to the credits, Mike Vejar Jr was the 2nd unit director on the episode.
