Half-Life 2 Easter Egg - Icthiosaur in Half-life2

In chapter 2 "A Red Letter Day," after you teleport from Dr. Kleiners lab you will be under water breifly. You will see an icthiosaur (the shark monsters from the first game) roar at you very quickly before you are teleported away.

Thank you sir, for pointing out the blatantly obvious to us all. Seriously though, you'd have to be blind in order not to see that... It's not an egg, more of a reference... not even that, it's just part of the game. You encounter headcrabs in HL1 and HL2, but last time I checked, they weren't classified as eggs.
