On the cover of the Bat Out Of Hell album, look at one of the gravestones closest to the foreground has the word 'Corben' written on it. The person who drew the picture was a famous illustrator named 'Richard Corben'. Some of the copies have the bottom of the cover art cut off, so the music sheet book, or the LP album, will let you see it a bit better.
