Actually, if I remember correctly (it's been awhile since I've done it), you can paste your own photos/icons, etc. into coordinates on Google Earth, so it's probably not a TRUE E-Egg. Somebody just pastes a photo/icon to a coordinate & then publishes the coordinates. I once pasted a shot from the movie Firebirds at my old Natl Guard unit's coordinates (where parts of the movie were filmed).
