When you are in the Evil Forest, and just got Steiner and Vivi in your party, you get an ATE (Active Time Event) when you go into the forest.

Now you will see the Prima Vista band playig a song, which is the song you hear in Final Fantasy VII when Rufus' is in Junon, and becomes the president!
