"Lucy's Pub. Down the street from the 'Your Self-Storage Facility'. Downtown Baltimore."

The "Your Self-Storage Facility" was in the movie Silence Of The Lambs where Clarice Starling goes to the storage unit rented out by Hannibal Lecter. In that movie, the storage facility was also said to be located close to downtown Baltimore.
