Grand Theft Auto Easter Egg - Two Quick Eggs in Gta

Okay so quick eggs for GTA.
One, a reference to the Rockstar game, Bully.
Head down to whatever place you have as a safehouse, and flip on the telly.
Search some channels 'til you find I'm Rich$
if you're watching the program from close to the beginning, it should be a special on a heiress, one joke to look for is that her breast implants are made of rubies.
After a few minutes more, it'll mention her schooling, and you'll see Bullworth Acadamy, the same footage used in the trailer for Bully.

Second, baby carriage!
Okay, so I stumbled upon this after escaping from the cops and hitting the sea and sand. I'm not exaclty sure where, but on the beaches of Bohan, there was a baby carriage, this is the only baby carriage in the game, and was placed by the developers there because there aren't any children in the game.
