My Name is Earl Easter Egg - Everybody Loves Raymond Refrence

In the episode "Get A Real Job" (Season 2 disk 4), Darnell is watching the tape Joy left him. At the end of the tape when Joy holds up the remote (In the video) after that it shows one of the funniest scenes from Everybody Loves Raymond. When Raymond didn't record the baby's first steps, he animated it, and when he shows the video to his wife the baby walks on water. That's the scene in My Name is Earl. I don't know why they put it in.
