1. Turn the calculator off

2. Press and hold the A b/c button, the F6 button, and the On button. This will bring up the de-bugging window for the calculator

JohnnyG writes:: if you want to exit the menu without resetting, pull a battery out of the back, whilst the debugging menu is on. the calculator will go off, and not come back on. NEXT press the reset button on back, and when it asks you if u are sure, press no! DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK. IT DIDN'T DAMAGE MY CALCULATOR.; 6 of 9 people found this comment helpful. Did you?

techfury90 writes:: This does work on the FX-7400G, but I did it differently. What i did was I opened the battery door, flip the switch in there so it will come on, turn the calc on. Now remove the little black sticker in the top left of the battery door. At the top of whats exposed, there will be two little test points there at the top side by side.
