Halo 3 Easter Egg - Camp Froman Again

On the map last resort there is a fairly moderate sized tablet placed on the wall at that sniping point. It's directly in the middle of the sniping point facing the wheel thing. It will say Camp Froman on it and has a picture of an old man on it. Please comment if you know who it is.
