1. Go to www.quantex.com.
2. Click SUPPORT.
3. Select Online Troubleshooter, then Desktop Troubleshooter.
4. Click Software, then Error Messages in the left margin.
5. In the text search field, type "OSM rocks!" (exactly as shown, without the quotes).
6. Click Continue, and watch.
