Mario Kart: Double Dash Easter Egg - Sunshine Parts
Go to Dino Dino Jungle and drive straight from the start. You will see a sign that says Sunshine Parts with a Sunshine Star at the bottom right. This is a reference to Super Mario Sunshine.
