The guys at Lucasarts decide to poke fun at their Sierra rivals easy to die policy, if you walk to the top of the cliff after you reached Monkey Island and walk to the edge on the right Guybrush will fall to his death (only to bounce back) and a Sierra style message will appear announcing the mock death.
