I don't know if it wokd for other versions of Microsoft Encarta, but it doesn't work for Microsoft Encarta 2000.

It work for Encarta '95. 1) Click on the blue 'i' 2) Click on 'About Encarta...' 3) Hold Alt and press Ctrl to hear the sound. :)

I have tried this egg on encarta 2002 ed and when you run your cursor over the menus at the top and open them up it plays funky sound effects :) worked for me :)
