1. Hold down Control and select Help->About QuarkXPress
2. Make sure Caps Lock is ON
3. Hold Control and Shift, then hold down left mouse button

This egg is also available on a Mac. Hold down the Option key while selecting About Quark XPress from the Apple menu. Once the screen comes up, hold down the Command, Option and Shift keys and click on the screen. You'll see the developers' faces.
