I have paused it, watched it, played it over and over and I am sorry but I just don't see it myself. There is a passing resemblance so maybe it's his sister but no amount of make up could have done that to him. Sorry

After viewing - and pausing - the "Pleasantville" DVD, I have to agree that it is NOT William H. Macy in drag during the table sequence. I can see why someone would think so, but upon closer examination it is not.

If you look at William H Macy's IMd website, he is only listed as playing George. And there is a "bridge club lady" listed in the credits, not sure if she might be the one. i cant seem to find a picture of her online.
