Near the beginning of the movie, after the barbecue scene, Goofy is cooking breakfast for Max. He brings two stacks of pancakes over to a crowded table and sets them down.

Visible among the breakfast items are Mrs. Potts (without her face) and Mickey's picture on a coffee cup. The picture on the cup is hard to spot because all that is visible is one of Mickey's ears and the side of his face. But it shows up pretty good on my DVD.

Also, my wife says that many of the trees and bushes throughout the movie look like profiles of other Disney characters. I think I saw one that looked like Donald Duck, but I have not had the patience to frame-by-frame it.
