Star Trek: Deep Space 9 Easter Egg - Was Boushh the Bounty Hunter a Breen?

I noticed that the Breen prisoner looked very similar to Princess Leia in Return of the Jedi when she is wearing the bounty hunter disguise in Jabba's palace.

Indeed, as soon as I watched that one, I popped in Return of the Jedi. It is the SAME mask, therefore, we can assume that, since the helmet was worn by a "prisoner in disguise" that this was homage to GL
