Half way through the film, when Rocky and Bullwinkle are driving through the market place, you will see two people crossing the road. When the car crashes into the basket that the two men are carrying, they both shout "MammaMia! Itsa Rocky and Bulla-winkle!"... more

This occurs in the scene at Wossomatta U. after Boris and Natasha fall out of the water tower. AS Rocky and Bullwinkle leave campus we see Boris and Natasha leaving the "J" Ward of the infirmary. Jay Ward is the creator of Rocky and Bullwinkle.
