Get on the airship and press A + B 55 times. You'll be taken to a hidden puzzle-like game. Whee!
This egg is not hard to find. After you kill the fire fiend(Marilith) go into the hell fire chasm. i cannot tell you excactly what floor its on because the floors are in a different order every time but im fairly sure its past the first in-dungeon boss....
