Banana Wind (Jimmy Buffett) - The Hidden Track
The hidden track is probably called Treetop Flyer, and it occurrs after about the 9th minute of the Havana track. What's interesting is that you have to either play or skip through all 9 minutes to get to it. It's not a separate track. Since Havana is apparently about Jimmy's deceased father, this hidden track seems to be a reward for listening to him tell us about Dad.
Special Requirements:
It's at the end of Havana

False Echos is not about Jimmy's dead father. Jimmy's father, James Delaney Buffett JR did not pass away until May 1st 2003. This album was released in 1996. James Delaney Buffett JR was diagnosed with alzheimer's in 1994.

Actually, it's at the end of False Echos. Treetop Flyer is a song by Stephen Stills of Crosby, Stills and Nash. Jimmy's dialog about "where's the hidden track" is pretty funny too.

Actually it is about Jimmy's father's battle with Alzheimer's. So you're both right. It was indeed written before he passed away.
