MSN Messenger Easter Egg - Hidden Emoticons

Here's an easy one. Just start chatting with someone and type the following characters to get the Hidden Emoticons to show up:

Rainbow: (R)

Handcuffs: (%)

Sunshine: (#)

Stupid Question mark: (?)

Screwy Face: :S

Devil (my favorite): (6)

The screwy face and devil face aren't really hidden. The screwy face can be found in the pull-down menu (of the latest version, anyway) and both can be seen on the "More Emoticons" webpage that opens up when you click the "..." box at the end of the pull-down menu.

The "stupid question mark" (?) is actually a ? with ASL written underneath it, which stands for "Age, Sex, and Location", which is often asked by internet chatters in the form of A/S/L.

For those who claim its not an easter egg cuz its shown in help, MSN done not tell you about the rainbow, handcuffs, ASL, or the sun. I'm sure many people didn't know about all of these hidden icons. Too bad MSN doesn't let you make your own, or at least add more.

If you go to the MSN web site it tells you these anyway. But i only discovered that after i read the egg. So its good - but not that good. at least it works unlike some eggs...

All of those emoticons are hidden but they are not classified as easter eggs. Go to http://www.patchou.com/msgplus/download.html and you will find a brilliant program that will show lots of different emoticons.

You can put basically any letter inside parenthesis and it will give an emoticon... None of them are really eggs though.

There is no real point in changing your emoticons, no other users can see the changes. Hence why there has been no time wasted on making that an option in the program.

I think that there wasn't mentioned another one hidden emoticon. Just want to share the info I know. It is cigarette, which appears when you type (ci) and send it in MSN Messanger. Enjoy!

A few (well... 3) more that I have been told about. All work on version 6.2 and upwards. (yn) crossed fingers (xx) the xBox symbol (yes that's what it is! I didn't realise for ages!) (ci) a smoking ciggarette

has anyone tried this *help type that in messenger and you get a green "I'm" No idea if there are any more or what its for? Someone confirm that I'm not seeing things
