Sim City 3000 Easter Egg - Cheat Codes (NOT AN EGG)

1. For all water utilities, regardless of the year, hold CTRL, ALT, SHIFT, and C and type 'water in the desert'.

2. For all garbage utilities, regardless of the year, hold CTRL, ALT, SHIFT, and C and type 'garbage in, garbage out'.

3. For all power utilities, regardless of the year, hold CTRL, ALT, SHIFT, and C and type 'power to the masses'.
