Power Puff Girls Easter Egg - Ms. Sara Bellum's "Address"

There's an episode (don't remember the title) of PPG where the Professor has an experiment that goes bad, which causes the characters to switch bodies.

As this wave goes out through the town, they show Ms. Bellum's house, including a shot of her mailbox.

Her address? 69 Yodelinda Valley Lane.

Now, I know that sometimes a cigar is just a cigar, but there's no way that the very sexy Ms. Bellum's address including the sexual innuendos of "69" and "Yodel in the Valley" is anything other than an 'Easter Egg' ;)
