On the 4:3 standard aspect side Special Features there are two extra items not in the list. If you go UP from the commentary feature the little window next to "Special Features" in the upper left goes green, this activates one extra feature. You should be on the "1 of 2" special features menu (if only the commentary feature is listed, you are on the WIDESCREEN side)

The other special feature is LEFT of the first which greens the CIA spinning logo.
