Fight Club Easter Egg - Warning

When the DVD is starting up and is going through the FBI warning and stuff get ready.

It will start off with the "FBI Warning," then "Attention," then "Warning." Get close for "Warning" and check out the message.

I havent been able to read the whole thing because it goes so fast but it says stuff like "Haven't you got anything better to do?" and goes on to insult your perspective on authority.

I found this watching waiting for the screen to do the flicker thing before the DVD menu and thought is was really cool.

I don't know if it is on the special edition, but why shouldn't it be?

Nola writes:
It reads in whole as: "If you are reading this, then this warning is for you. Every word you read of this useless fine print is another second of your life. Don't you have other things to do? Is your life so empty you can't honestly think of a better way to spend these moments? Or are you so impressed by authority that you give respect and credence to all who demand it? Do you read everything you're supposed to read? Do you think everything you're supposed to think? Buy what you're told you should want? Get out of your apartment. Meet a member of the opposite sex. Stop the excessive shopping and masturbation. Quit your job, start a fight, prove you're alive. If you don't claim your humanity, you will become a statistic. You have been warned. ~ Tyler"

One must really wonder what the fine print-ers would have to say about someone who has not only enough time to read it all, but then to type it out again for everybody else ... and for those, like me, who take the time to comment on the commentor's comments about the comments made by commentators about the commenting. ? ~Cstorm

I was just looking for this thing because my boyfriend wanted to see what it said and neither of us had enough patience to sit and play it over and over to read it. I totally agree with dogwoood, yet i really respect Nola for caring enough about something so pointless.
