Chips from the Chocolate Fireball (The Dukes of Stratosphear - XTC) Easter Egg - Extra Interlude

This album is the Anthology of the two albums "25 O'Clock" and "Psonic Psunspot" that the Dukes recorded. The first 6 tracks are the first album and immediately before the first track of the second album, there is an odd noise which sounds like a tape running really fast. It lasts less than one second.
The sound is actually a voice, backwards, sped up, reading a line from the poem "America" by Allen Ginsberg.
Odd, but there you are!
