Right after the Royal Starship has landed on Tatooine to repair the hyperdrive, there is a scene with some characters outside the ship...I think it is Qui-Gon, Panaka, Jar-Jar and (I think) Queen Amidala. Anyway, there's an angle where if you look up into the sky you'll see a silhouette of ET and Elliot flying on the bike in the sky.
