This egg is hidden in the part where Mayor Adam West is giving a speech to the citizens of Quahog explaining that he will roll around in toxic waste and defeat the Griffins. When he leaves and the audience gives him a standup applause, look very closely at the right side of the audience. In this a black man grabs the butt of a woman standing next to him. This is highly unnoticable if you don't know about it and is very funny.
