Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories Easter Egg - The Graves of Your Victims

Once you've reached the 2nd island, go to the Graveyard behind the church (where you do the missions for the Liberty Bell) and look at the gravestones.
There will be the names of people that you have killed or seen being killed with a funny phrase underneath their names.
Keep returning throughout the game to see more victims.

Casa was the diaper wearing butcher - Sindacco's grave mentions Las Venturas of San Andreas. These are two of 8 graves I believe.
