In the episode when Ned gives tips for notebooks,look at the beginning of the show when the science teacher looks through Ned's notebook. As he flips through it, you will see a drawing of who else but, The Crimson Chin!

Well Gordy (the schools janitor) is played by a man named Daran Norris he is actually the voice of Cosmo, Timmys Dad and other various charaters on fairly odd parents. So its no suprise that the Crimson Chin was in Neds notebook. And dont forget the episode about daydreaming and Ned was daydreaming that he was like a spy and Cosmo and Wanda was in his daydream... funny episode. but yea thats most likely why the Chrimson Chin was in his notebook.
