During the scene in which the proximity sensor goes off, when the first Sentinel robot is encountered, pause the film when the computer's screen is shown fullscreen. Notice that behind the graphic is a series of lines that at first appear to be decorative, but if you look closely, you'll see that they are a road map, with the names of the roads even clearly labeled.

If you look for it, you'll see that this is a map of a small portion of Chicago, where the wachowski brothers are from.
