Cloverfield Easter Egg - Giant Ant from 1954's "Them!"
After the friends leave the convenience store and gather in the street, Hud shows his tape to the crowd. Those of us watching the tape briefly see Beth on the train. If you go frame by frame, an ant from the 1954 classic B-movie, "Them," appears. Note this movie is also referenced in the credits.
