On GTA 4 flick through the TV stations on a TV in one of the safe houses until you find a program called Las Venturas Poker Challenge. Watch until the program shows images of the casinos from GTA San Andreas in Las Venturas.

I really wanna know why many clear references are being posted as eggs. I know some of these are interesting facts, but they just aren't hidden enough to be an egg. The casino was obviously from San Andreas, they even mentioned it during the show.
