Grand Theft Auto 4 Easter Egg - Packie's Brain

The egg is to see a black box with a picture of a brain on it in Packie's head.

All you need to do is do a mission or hang out with Packie. Get into a tight postion(an alley with a car) and turn the camera until you can see through and into Packie's body.Move the camera to his head and you will see a box the size of an eyeball with a drawing of a brain on it. Pretty funny!

This was put in because as most people know Packie certaintly isn't the smartest of the bunch.

I don't think this was put because Packie wasn't smart and so. Because Niko also has the same thing. I have a video, maybe I'll upload it later. Make Niko hang somewhere and adjust the camera so you can see through his head. You'll see the same things such as the eyes, the mouth and the brain box. But I must tell that I'm not sure. Maybe You're right about the brain box.

This is with ALL people, including pedestrians, prostitutes, and strippers. It may be an easter egg, but I have seen it many times including the eyes(which freak me out).

This is definitely not an easter egg, this is simply a developer's tool graphic left in the game. Most likely because they didn't think anyone would pay too much attention to the contents of an NPC's head. Interesting find nonetheless, but not an intentional easter egg for sure.
